Sparkling Cranberry Punch

Ingredients

cranberry juice concentrate
or frozen cranberry cocktail concentrate, slightly defrosted

white sugar
to taste

ginger ale

Instructions
Add the cranberry juice to a pitcher or punch bowl, and add the sugar. Stir to dissolve the sugar.
Add the ginger ale. Stir gently, too much mixing will flatten the soda.
Add the frozen fruit and serve immediately.
Notes
Use frozen fruit straight from the freezer to chill the punch without diluting it.
Any frozen fruit works — try mixed berries, tropical blends, or frozen cranberries.
Adjust the sugar based on how sweet your ginger ale and cranberry concentrate are.
Stir gently after adding the ginger ale so the punch stays fizzy.
To make a smaller batch, mix the cranberry concentrate and sugar ahead of time and add ginger ale to each glass before serving.
