Sparkling Blackcurrant Floats
Ribena syrup puts a fruity twist on a traditional ice cream float.

Ingredients

Ribena blackcurrant syrup
Aprox. 6 oz club soda or Perrier
1-2
scoops vanilla ice cream
Instructions
In a tall glass add the Ribena syrup and a splash of soda (reserve the rest for later). Stir until the Ribena has thinned out a bit.
Add the ice cream.
Top with the remaining soda and serve immediately.
Notes
You can adjust the quantities to suit the glass you are using. I used an 8oz glass in this recipe.
